It’s Commitment- determination to change for the better. You are a wonderful important masterpiece. How can you not feel a powerful commitment to yourself when you are going to be changing your life for the better.

- Set behavior goals NOT weight loss goals. Ex. I want to find an exercise I love to do
- I want to write down everything I eat and drink
- I want to do 25 pushups a day
- I want to replace my morning coffee with a low fat snack
